Income Verification For Employment

Question: Student Loan Disability Discharge Income Verification Request?
Hello, I am Disabled and receive social secureity disability and have been disabled since 2004. I have applied for a perm disability discharge, the Doctor has signed off, etc…
My lendor, and the loan Guarantor have granted the discharge and have my account showing a zero balance as of now.
My account has now been turned over to the Department of Education. I do know next to expect a Disability Discharge Income Verification Request form in the mail, that is the next step in this long process. They will want 2004, 2005, 2006 income. Has anyone else had any experience at all with this process? All i receive is a monthly social security disability check, since i am disabled and do not work, will they want that to show my past benefits, i have no earned earnings from employment……..since i do not work. Just trying to get all the paperwork ready so it can be sent in ASAP.Any Additional help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you again.
Answer: my husband had his student loan discharged for disability but I never remember having to send in tax forms (which can be faked). You will more likely have to sign a piece of paper allowing the Dept of Ed to monitor your earnings via your social security number direct from the source. As time passes and IF they detect earnings then your “conditional” discharge will be revoked and you will again owe your loan. If they don’t, then the loan is gone. Poof.
At least, that’s what happened with us.
Good luck.

No Income Verification Car Loan

Question: Citifinancial Auto Loan Employment Verification – wrong Number!?
I purchased a car recently and bought it home. I have had it for about a week now. I received a call from 469-220-3000 and verified my correct address and home number. The rep has been calling my old job number, not the new one I provided to verify my income and they keep telling them I do not work there anymore. When I call the number I get a machine and it hangs up. What will Citifinancial do if they cannot verify my employment? Take the car back even though I paid a big down payment? I have tried tracking the person down and they do not know how to reach them. No phone call again from them.
Answer: PLEASE, PLEASE, TRY TO GET A NEW FINANCE COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE FREE AND CLEAR TITLE ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE CAR, YOU WILL BE HARASSED, YOU WILL END UP GETTING OVERCHARGED FOR THE LOAN, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE IDIOTS THAT WILL NOT ANSWER A STRAIGHT QUESTION. IF YOU KEEP THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID.

No Income Verification Mortgage

Question: Mortgage/Home loan help?
I am trying to invest in real estate. I have found a property and even had a lawyer look at the investment, which she found to be a good find. The property is 42,000 and I am sure I can get it for 37,000. COMPS in the area have sold between 100,000-145,000 in the past 18 months.
My credit scores are all between 630 and 660. I do not have a high verifiable income, although I can verify some. I can afford payments of around 500-600 (PITI). I would also like to borrow for the fix-up. I have 5,000 down payment and would like 55,000. I am willing to pay higher interest rates, if I can get a no or low document verification loan for 55,000.
ANY MORTGAGE BROKERS OR LENDERS OUT THERE THAT WANT TO HELP?
Answer: Where do you live? I can do loans in 18 states, and will be able to get what you are after. The type of loan will vary depending on what an appraisal says. You may need to get a construction loan, instead of a conventional mortgage. This is a shorter term loan that allows you the cash to fix it up and then pay it off with a refinance when you are done. No Income Verification Car Loans
Question: No income verification car loan with large % downpayment possible?
I want to purchase a 40,000 dollar car, however my employment is self-employed and it is hard to “verify” my income or show tax returns or paystubs or anything. I was wondering if I could put down a large % downpayment on the car and get the rest financed without income verification? A few places I went to said with 50% down they would do this, is this common? Can i do less down like 30-40%?
What kind of APR can i expect on the remaining financing, I have good credit but again its hard to show my “gross monthly income” on paper. Thanks
Answer: Consider this, a down payment exceeding 10k will be reported to the IRS
Being self employed with unverifiable income means that you are not completely reporting your income to the aforementioned federal agency and could wind you up on the wrong side of an auditors desk.

No Income Verification Mortgage Rates

Question: Mortgage FAQs?
Having done mortgages for 18 years, here are some basics to be aware of:
a) Do not borrow more than you want just because your loan officer tells you “you qualify for it no problem”. Remember, you are making the payment not him/her
b) No income verification is NOT a substitute for getting a loan when you do not show enough income to qualify. If you have to lie, you should not be buying a house
c) Your house is an investment; thus, your mortgage should reflect responsibility toward current and future income, potential debts (i.e. car, personal loans, student loans, etc)
d) PayOption ARMS are NOT loans that you pay back at 1.25% — if the true rate were that low then fixed rate loans in the high 5’s / low 6’s would not exist — think about it for a second.
e) Be honest with your loan officer — the more forthcoming you are the more he/she can truly help you.
Helping people buy homes is a great job -contributing to their financial demise is something I cannot do.
Answer: This wasn’t a question. But I bet that you work or have worked for a subprime lender and are feeling a little guilty about some of their policies, right?
