Question: What are the file upload softwares that more popular websites use?
What does Google, yahoo, hotmail, Ophoto etc use for file uploads?
Answer: I’m sure that Google, Yahoo and Hotmail have their own people creating their file upload software. i.e. they have programmers that create their customised software to do everything that they need to create their web site.
Generally I use CuteFTP or WS_FTP for file uploading to my own web site but everyone has their own preference.

Question: How does a small business checking affect my tax filing if at all?
Hi, I have a small business, very small, I am a floral designer and event planner, I’m only doing about 8-15 weddings a year rite now, will grow in the future. I am DBA and have my tax ID number. I am hoping to open a new checking account to keep these funds apart from normal household funds, just to keep track.
If I open a small business account, does this affect how my taxes are filed? I live in Michigan if that helps.

I received a warranty deed for a property as the sole owner. I applied for a mortgage to pay delinquent taxes and the private debt to the grantor. When asked, the grantor told the title company nothing was owed. I got a loan/mortage.The grantor had not filed a lein/trust deed. Now that I have a real first mortgage, the grantor wants to foreclose because I owe a balloon payment that was recorded as a memo before I received the warranty deed. Who is on first?
Answer: My gut instict is that you will win. However, there really isn’t enough information in your question for a definitive answer. You need to see an attorney right now. You should have received a title insurance policy when you closed (assuming you closed through a title company or an attorney. If you don’t have a title insurance policy, you just learned a very valuable lesson: always get title insurance.) The title insurer should defend your suit at no cost to you – that is what the insurance is for. You may have to hire your own attorney at first, depending upon what precisely the seller does, and then have the insurer’s counsel take over the suit later.
