Answer: i don’t know about US but in India Efiling process is good and there are many persons who are filing return online voluntarily .so this is good .i give 7 out of 10 for e filing process.

I was in US (Boston) from Apr 2007 till Sept 2007, precisely 143 days.
I had travelled on L1 visa.
I’ve certain doubts in filing US Tax Returns for 2008 from India.1. Which form do I need to fill to file tax returns (both State & Federal) ?
2. I’ve my US Bank account still open. So Can I fill the form online & ask for an electronic credit for my returns? or I’ve to mail the documents?
