Question: Filing company tax return but this is the first year I want to file it under my new corporation?
For several years I have been filing a company tax return but I set up a corporation and would like to file the business under that. What new forms do I need to use?
The most confusing part is the business had income this year but unless I put it under the corporation the corporation really had nothing. Should I still put it under the corporation or should I continue with a schedule C and if that is the case what do I do with the corporation?Answer: It depends on what type of corporation you formed. C, S or LLC.
