Question: Im receiving check garnishment in apr due to student loans,I filed my tax return am i going to get my refund?
Filed with a Tax service. the refund went through,but I heard of withholding without informing the recipient so I just need to know if Im going to get an actual check.
Answer: call 1-800-304-3107 and enter your social security number on the automated system and it will let you know if your refund will be offset or not.the number is for the treasury offset program.
