2009 Tax Refund Stimulus
Question: Does the 2009 stimulus plan effect first time home buyers who bought there home in July of 2008?
I know it states that the $8000.00 Tax Refund is offered and does not have to be payed back if you bought your house after Jan 1st 2009. But I read that the $7500.00 from last years stimulus plan might not have to be payed back accoriding to the new stimulus. Did they make a final decision?
