Question: Whats the best FREE tax service? State and federal.?
Me and my wife made 28,000. I already know about the free file search on the IRS web site, just wanting to know the best company to trust!
Answer: I’ve used Block’s Tax Cut for the last 4 yrs.
It’s easy to use and I’ve never had my information sold or sent spam.
Turbo Tax is also a safe bet. Although, any service that is partnered with the IRS Free File is safe and secure.
For your state return, depending on your state, it may cost extra. But you can always go to your state’s dept. of revenue/taxation and e-file for free. I do.
