MSU Trustee Owen bankrupt, owes $109K in unpaid taxes
Owen, who chairs the MSU Board of Trustees’ finance committee, and her husband Larry filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in December and owe back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service and Michigan Department of Treasury.
